ACTUALLY... I did rebuild a KLZE, all machined, new pistons, all titanium top end, and threw my main bearing and totally FUBARed the bottom end in less than 100km... Must have been the EGR!!! I am now starting to see why everyone hates the EGR

Do we even really need it? Isn't it just an environmental thing? Can't we just we rip it out using pliers, screwdrivers, hacksaws and crowbars?

maybe we should treat EGR's with more respect, its not their fault they just want to get along with everybody i mean...oh crap! paychecks got held off til monday! STUPID EGR!!!!!

SuperK, that picture sequence is quite hysterical. I've only seen the explosion picture before, but seeing them all together is awsome, lol.

I went to the doctor about the burning, and itching.


It was EGR.

I just have to tap it with a screwdriver when it acts up.

**Edit** I thaught my cv shaft broke yesterday, turns out im a moron and forgot to tighten my wheel :mrgreen:

gona replace the EGR, should take care of the problem :welder:
