i'm planning on boosting soon but i hope to see some positive results until then.
B6 1.6L DOHC, CAI, custom intake mani. with internal velocity stacks, 65mm thottle body, probe 4-2-1 header, custom 2.5" high flow exhaust, Centerforce dual friction, MS2, MSD 6A, Tokico struts, EIBACH springs.

you shoudl get a BP
1993 1.6L SOHC. Mazdaspeed mounts, BP09 ECU, BP VAF, Fidanza miata flywheel, exedy miata pressure plate, centerforce mx3 disc, tokico struts, B&G lowering springs, and some sh***y motomaster tires.

if i had unlimited access to money to do a sohc, and someone had unlimited acces of money to do up a bp, mine would be faster.

Are you smoking something mazdamx3sohc? With equal amount of money spent there is no way a sohc mx3 will be close to a BP mx3. A sohc mx3 is 88hp stock while a BP mx3 is 130hp, also you will see far better gains per psi on a 1800cc dohc engine vs a 1600cc sohc engine.

What is so hard to understand here? :roll: I am sorry if this comes across as being harsh but it is fact.

heres a fact for you...a built sohc will handle more power then a built bp. even the stock sohc block is more indestructable then a sohc, the reason why im doing this is cuz at the end i will be one of the only with a built sohc and im sure i will beat a bpt.

yeah, its a future project of course, right now i wanna focus on making all the repairs to my car so its like new, on minumum wage lol.

his rite my boosted sohc MX-3 is going to be no where near as fast as my boosted BP MX-3.

reason for that is cuz you are probably doing up your bp alot more then the sohc, regaurdless, i dont need it ungodly fast its still my first 5spd car, i dont wanna make it all the best of everything, just stuff on a budget, and it will be different and still fast.

what im tryin to make it the fastest boosted sohc mx-3 in the world. i know i can. probably doing up your bp alot more then the sohc my azz. my project sohc getting all the good shyt tial, TEC II, percision turbo, msd, ngk, act extreme, name brand shyt my friend. i can probly get the low 13's when im done wit it.

maita act extreme clutch rated around 300ft/lbs of torque. if i make more than that slap on a g-series trans i already have a coustom half-shaft for it made. al that good g-series stuff. who u think ur talking too.

yeap on my bp setup on the f-series trans i ran a 12.8@110
