Update
I got my suspention done in one day went really easy! I do not have the ability to get my new bushings in because I cannot get my control arm off. My stock bushines are really strong right now they look new no ware. But later this year I will get my air tools and get the control arms off then.

P.S. if you have any good tips on getting control arms off with out air tools it would to really cool for me to know? =)

Well, your Talon has an EGR system, which may make all the difference. Being a turbo, I wouldn't think the combustion temperatures are lower than non-turbo, so that wouldn't be a factor. Maybe I've got other problems, although all other sensors and the engine's performance are good. In a few days I'll try the e-test again, with an OEM style replacement cat from Bosal. Then we'll know if that was the only reason for the high NOx readings. I hope so - I'm getting stiff from crawling around under the car.

I used a small air brush for painting it and a can of clear coat. And it looks sweet!! If I had a full air compressor and big paint gun IT would look really good!

Burn them out. That's what I did. Then use lithium grease on the new bushings to prevent them from squeak. Or maybe you got some grease from Corksport when you ordered? Otherwise, buy lithium grease.
