the BB T3/T04E spools nicely, it will be rare in an AutoX that you will be under 3K all that much. it should work out just fine. thats what the NOS is for anyways. to spool up faster, Right?

I'd reccomend the Garrett GT28RS for you if you want to AutoX. It is a Dual Ball Bearing oil and water cooled turbo that is rated up to around 350HP. Go with the .64 A/R Exhaust housing for quick response.
Around $1149 for the turbo.
If you choose to run a T3/T04E I'd recommend a 50 or 57 trim Compressor with a .48 A/R Exhaust housing which could make up to 400HP but would be laggier.
Around $619 for the turbo.
