mine does 150 km/h
Yeah, I can vouch for the same, The stock G series tranny will not go faster than about 140 without being well past the red line. It may be possible if your car has no rev limiter but if anyone is that stupid to do that to thier car they don't deserve to drive it. Before I call you stoopid? Are you running your stock 1.8 G series tranny?

hmmm i think I may be running with low tranny fluid...you think that has an effect on top speed (may be a stupid question) ? I know a japanese ecu has a governor at around 118 :/ and i was able to go 110.

135 MPH on the GS, read above.
BTW, just got back from my race and the top speed I could get was 127. I thought it would be more, but it was only beaten by the V8, V10 and race cars.

I got video of hitting 134 in my mx3, then 30 seconds later i have video of me throwing my camera down at 114mph and then 2 mins later i have video of Mr. Police man, pulling me over, then i have video of me begging not to go to jail, and getting off with 85 in a 55 :)

DriversClub wrote:Took my ZE up to 150mph under its own power I think there has to be some kind of governor or something that stops it from going over 150. I was at 150mph at right around 7k rpm. my rev limit is set to 7.5?<BR>Anyways I did it out on the track and with this ground control sus. and koni struts thing felt tight not squirly...good luck
I don't see how that is possible because the gearing on the mx-3 trannys are so low.
MX6 tranny'll do it.

130mph @ 7000rpm completely stock K8 (engine & gear box) modded suspension, standard wheels, sport tyres. It was very stable at that speed and in no way as scary as i thought it would be. I was very impressed for a car thats on 120K miles.

No wind, no wet. cold, and most important not done on highway!!
