see but thats what im saying, most of us dont have a different type of car so we wouldnt classify our cars as rice, but someone else who has another car, might say it is a"ricer"

Rice is a kid with ego probs and lots of money so he buys stickers and **** for his car a fart exhaust from walmart and a Huge MOFO Wing Altezza's and **** like that and oh ya it's a racial term for Asian's lol found that out the embarassing way

I dont know about rice but i do know things i cant stand to see on cars, like vinyl or painted covers on tail and head lights, like those stupid circle cut outs. especially when you have like a red or teal car with the black covers, it just looks retarded.
