By the way, I searched and didn't really get a straight answer, the fuel pump I am looking at is from a non-turbo RX-7. Is this the right pump or should I be looking for the turbo RX-7 pump?

Either will work. The NA FC flows less so it is a good option for lower power levels so as not to overflow the injectors. I believe the turbo version is 225lph but could be wrong in that. Either way, it is about 3 times the size of the stocker so some mods to the bracket are required.

the 3rd gen is a 255lph and requires a custom bracket (2 adjustable hose clamps will work) and some of the piping has to be cut off to allow the pump to fit all the way in. also, you have to cut, strip, and lug the stock pump wires. the 255 pump has open connections on the pump. kinda scary thinking about open connections sitting in gas, but there's no danger as long as you do it right.

The FD is a beast of a pump, either way, any model of pump for the RX is quite loud so it must make lots of power.

my walbro 255 for the rx-7 plugged right up to my harness. no cutting. the bottom peice that holds the pump had to be bent a little but other than that it went right in.
Im starting to think my 92 is just ever so slightly different than everyone elses...(i.e. my disty is diff from other 92s)
but yes the pump is really loud.
i went with rc eng 370's that are working well so far.
