LOL.........I've gotta get my exhaust done soon too, but even right now, my car has a wicked rumble to it. The pipe is cracked just before the muffler. I can't even count how many people have asked me what kind of pipe I put on, or people telling me that my car sounds good. So then I laugh and tell them, that the pipe is cracked. I've honestly never heard any other car with a cracked pipe that sounds as good as mine. Have you guys ever had a cracked exhaust pipe?? and did it actually sound good??? Maybe those of us with MX3's are just lucky, our exhausts actually sound good when they break!!

I had a few holes in my pipe before i got my custom exhaust system...and believe it or not it sounded good. LOL. If anybody is REAL low on money just take a piece out of your pipe.

When I bought my mx-3, the pipe just before the muffler had rusted through, i thiught it sounded decent but my dad made me get it fixed because he thought it was tooo loud. I took it to a local muffler shop and had them slide a foot long piece of pipe over the rusted spot and clamp it on both ends, $20. I've been running it that way for the past 6 mounths

i gotta ractive.....its sounds really nice wit me V6. i still got my resonator on and everything...has a nice deep tone to it.<BR>peace

My parents have been harassing me too. I don't think my neighbours like it either when I'm coming home at 2 or 3 in the morning

I have a brospeed muffler Ill have a video up before to long with my car and the way it sounds. So keep updated maybe youll go with brospeed too!

LOL! ... yeah I remember my first crracked pipe .. just before the tail muffler. Had guys wanting the race me at every stoplight ...
