srt-4 and "6" dont sit in the same market ur right cuz the neon will blow it out the water just look at the numbers dont get me wrong like i said the "6" body is much nicer than the srt but overall i will choose the srt 1) looks just as good 2)much faster 3)cheaper! :D

Neon's havealways been ugly looking... although some of the body kits have a redeeming quality but damn our MX3's are way Sexier and the Ladies love em :D
[ December 24, 2002: Message edited by: sean_hibbitts ]

dont get me started on neon bashing....
so it goes 0-60 in less than 6 seconds?
Whats that you say? A 14 second quarter mile?
Who cares...its still a neon. Read reviews...its a poorly designed, poorly finished - extremely fast neon. Would I drive one for a day....you better believe it. Would I buy one and then deal with the countless problems the neons are plagued with...Nope. Not even for free.

I don't know why the neon is being compared to the mazda 6. The srt sx 2.0 is a fast car but it is a far cry from the mazdaspeed protege. Anyone would have a hard time convincing me that the srt can out handle the ms protege. yes it does have power in a Domestic kind of way but don't confuse passion and money hungry dodge. Quality will prevale and in ten years the mazdas will be running like new as for the dodge I hardly doubt it. On the other hand the mazda6 new 4cyl engine is by far the most technology advanced engine in the world and you will see what kind of power it makes when the mazda6 drag car is set to let loose. I heard figures of above 700hp without breakin a sweat.
