I'd love to see some pics. I'm interested in the desing.

But even if this really hapens i guess i still have to go with the civic projectors. Cause i'm sure they won't b e-marked and i might not like the design. The only thing with the civic ones r that in some pics they look great and in some they look like they really shouldn't b on a mx.
But i'd really like to hear or see some pics of the desing.

I just got an email back from Andy.... he is really really sorry for how long it's taking... he says he knew A-toy would take a while on this but didn't realize how long it would be. He is asking I resend him links to show how big the interest is to see if it will get the ball rolling a little more.
here is the link please add your name if you are interested in getting a set once they are done.

also pleae be understanding that Andy is doing this from the goodness of his heart. he doesn't own an mx-3 and gets no money from his time going between us and A-toy.... i hope you guys will appreciate the time he spent to do try and help us get better lights

I might be interested too.
Might need to replace my front bumper though, as we modded it pretty heavily to get the civic projectors to fit decent.

Andy just emailed me... he said he is going to try and really get on A-toy to give him some updates and pics... he's sorry for how long this is delaying... for me it isn't huge cause it will take me a while to get the cash still

especially since i'm not done with the car yet and i might be moving next month (might be moved from a temp position in chicago to a perm position)

i might be interested too. Depends on design. will the projectors have an E certification number? It's important, because here in germany we aren't allowed to use anything without such an E number on our cars.

would you be able to buy just the housing and put in E certified projectors? i doubt the projectors that come in these housing will have any special certification (i'm not sure what that E thing is maybe it's common or something)

You should have a DOT number on them to run them in the US too. However, we don't usually have harsh inspections like Canada and Europe. Companies like Hella and other major manufactuers have the certification number molded into the lense of the light so that it can be easily seen if a cop notices that they aren't stock.

Thats the point. they must have the certification number molded into the lense. the H4 projectors also must have the "E", else its forbidden to drive with it in Germany.
