lol my wife just said this would be what my MX would look like if i went with stock options (skirts, lip, wraparound spoiler)

great work over all I love the whole thing.

Finally got my rusted out exhaust removed and installed my Pacesetter 2.25" Cat back! Thanks Aaron!

This weekend got started with the turbo project!

Compression tested the BP got something like 180 175 160 160 for compression from cylinders 1-4. Given that most say 160 is good and motor is running well I proceeded. Took bumper and bumper support off, removed downpipe and BP exhaust manifold, drained oil, replaced BP oil pan with 1.8 GTX oil pain with oil return. Unplugged the oil feed and coolant feed bolts from the engine (draining coolant), bought bracket for front mount intercooler.

Still to do: Install turbo/mainfold, hook up all lines, install GTX injectors, BP26 ECU, install intercooler and piping... should be fun!

Installed GTX water pipe, coolant feed and exhaust manifold/Turbo....

Tomorrow: Intercooler and piping, oil/coolant lines, ECU/injectors

All lines connected, intercooler piping took some work but I'm happy with turn out - no bumper support or frame cutting and kept fog lamps

Installed injectors and ECU tonight... need exhaust done to get custom downpipe made up have magnaflow 2.5" Cat to meet up with pacesetter. Hope I can get it fired up tomorrow :twisted:

looking good. Did you get rid of the front support for the hood? The piece that holds the latch?

Just noticed that you managed to retain your fogs with the front mount, wanna be the best guy ever and take some more pictures of your engine bay routing?
