yep
I'm in it right now. The eye is about a couple hours away from me...but the wind gusts outside are about 40-60mph. The eye is supposed to pass within 40 miles of us around 12 am
[ September 18, 2003: Message edited by: MikeX-3 ]

I'm not sure about when its officially suppose to hit us, but by guestimating by looking at the looped radar on intellicast.com, if i keeps its current travelling speed, i guestimate about 9-12 hours to hit us...so far this is that it looks like:
Image
Red Arrow Is its Current Path(Sept 18 9:30EST)
Green Arrow Is the patch predicted at about the same time yesterday (i saved a pic of it yesterday, funny how it came in useful)
Yellow arrow and dot is where i live, but either way it does, the main/center storm is gonna hit us
[ September 18, 2003: Message edited by: Nd4SpdSe ]

And if i was the captain of that board, instead of going straight through it, i would turn hard to starboard, and fast!

I heard it was last night over Connecticut. If so, it was weak.

My parents live outside of Washington DC and they said that the water is out and is going to be out for 3 days. Glad I don't live there any more, there are going to be some smelly people running around!
