Last night we had a little party at my place,and there was that guy, (my wife's friend's fiance) which with whom I had a little car conversation.
He ownes a Golf III (non turbo) and was telling me that when he races his gear changing ratio looks like this.
1st gear up to 3000rpm
2nd up to 4000rpm
3rd up to 5000rpm
I bursed with laught and told him that I can race him any time with my mx-3.
When I told him that I throw at 6000rpm his eyes almost poped out, which was funny.<p>My point is.. and it's proven again - it's not what you drive... it's how you drive it.

that doesn't even make sense to call it racing......his take off is basically a description of regular driving, just adding 1000rpm every gear....silly
