Re: Hey Jarid i got a question
DISCONNECT BATTERY!!!! I know you're airbags are shot but just in case.
Passenger side:
*Remove piece on side of dash by using a butter knife to pry EVENLY away from dash..will pop off.
*Remove glove box door by pulling to the left and then the right to dislocate the pins that it pivots on.
*four screws pop the glovebox housing.
* U have to remove the heater air duct by pulling the hose towards the inside of the car and it will pop off the vent connector.
*U can now see the four 12mm bolts that hold the airbag in place. Remove.
*also have to get the side cover next to the door jam off to disconnect wires. It is connected to the door sill cover too.
Mind you that I did this earlier today and I am trying to remember. Consult the online manual to double check. I had the steering wheel changed last year by a shop, but it doesnt seem too hard.
[ January 30, 2003: Message edited by: cjthor ]
