i found someone selling Jun adjustable cam gears for the miata the only one they had at the moment was the exhaust one which would be our intake one i guess.... anyone heard of this company?

dude i really hate saying use the search option but this time i must.. there are many discussion on how the miata 1.6 cams fit our cars... so search.. then go to the miata forum and search there.

don't waste your money, i have a pair and i saw no really no gains. to use cam gears to there full potenital you need some type of aftermarket ecu and a dyno time to tune them in right. take my adivce, dont waste your $

some protege guy did something i thing would be a great mod for our cars.. take the miata exhaust cam and adjustable cam gear put it in the intake side (its called an exhintake cam mod) with some tuning time he got around 10 hp i think from the mod... i'd have to check his post again.... he said it was a great mod to do. that was why i was looking into getting that.

Yes on the clubprotege.com forums the guy is very knowledgable. He is running 127 HP anmd 117 Torque with just RX-7 Maf, Exhuast intake cam mod, Adjustable Cam Gears UR i beleive and lots of tuneing.
