clicking sound

Post by Ant_nee03 »

When I am going anywhere between 5 and 30 mph Accel or Decel I hear a clicking sound coming from somewhere under the car. I have a 92 Mx-3 standard, I have read that it may be the cv joints but I have had them looked at... I was just wondering if it could be anything like bad ball joints or something to do with my suspension. If anyone has had a similar problem plz post... I have also heard it could be my transmission but it still drives the same way it always has, im just hoping for the best with my fingers crossed. Thnx in advance for any help given.

Also at how many miles should I replace the transmission fluid in my car it being a standard and all? I have 116000 approx. :driver:

i had this happen to mine a while back, it would tick between 5-20 mph even in neutral, turned out to be the throwout bearing.

lol thnx but im pretty sure its not that... besides the whole car seems to be going to crap... now when I shift I hear a sound that is like either grinding or vibration so my best guess is that my clutch is going... hmm well it looks like im off to a mechanic to pay out money to save this thing until my eyes bleed.
