How to Remove SPEEDOMETER ..cluster

Guys I need some help removing my speedometer, if anyone know how please help..

you have 3 srews on top and 2 behind the rubber at the base of the steering wheel

you have a a 93 so you have a cable hooked at the back that doesnt let you pull the think out
you need to put you arm under the dash and unclip that cable thats right in the middle the hard part is to put it back after its all done

The 93 should be like my 92-- its a cable driven speedometer.

The easiest way to get the cluster out is to unhook the speedometer cable where it enters the tranny, and that way it enables you to pull the cluster out far enough to unhook everything on the back of the cluster...

Ask a friend or someone to open the hood and see which wire is moving when you move the cluster. And be careful when you put the wire back into the transmission, you have to line up the tip of the cable to the head on the transmission. good luck doing that. :p
