Would this MAF 'adjustment' supply enough fuel to serve as a workaround for indy fuel management if the engine is fed low levels of boost (i.e. 6-8 pounds)?

There is no replacement for proper tuning and engine managment, there is no universal fix, and no miracle fluid you can add to your oil or fuel that will fix all of your problems.
