I have A BIG PROBLEM NEED HELP REALLY BAD!!!!!

Ok My 95 MX-3 has been running like crap for the past 2 months... Its draining batteries like they are nothing and I have gotten two new alternators since and it still does it... IF anyone could help or has or knows where to get a wiring diagram could you let me know at riderda@hotmail.com and the charging unit is messed up I think... but anyone that can help please I really need my MX-3 back!

how long does it normally take for the battery to drain? It maybe your regulator. It also be some open circuit thats draining as you leave ur car parked.

Ok, here is an easy way to find a drain. You can find testers but what you want to do is with the car off touch a tester(or a 12v light) to each female connecter(total of 2) that the fuse goes into. Basically it makes a series circuit and if the drain is down the live of that fuse then it will light the bulb up! Bingo, instant trace.

ok I don't really knwo it takes about a 2 days... unless I would disconnect the pos. cable of the battery when it was off....

did you check your engine grounds they might be bad....<p>jason

i had the same prob not too long ago, and mine ended up being on of the three belts, i had two replaced but the third looked brand new and it ended up being the one from the alternator to the battery so while my car was on, because it was loose and the other two were so tight, my car was running directly from the battery but couldnt tell from doing tests or anything, seriously have your belts checked :shrug:
