that's quite an extreme difference between the two. shouldn't you figure out what you want before you go buying it? just looking out.

Hey Ashley, I do know what I want, a B6T engine or a 6 cylinder Mazda. These depend on the price. But thanks for looking out, we all have different agendas, do not pretend to know mine.

Play nice boys and girls. Ashley has been a helpful voice in the world of mx-3.com. He meant no harm.. And there is a biiig difference between a complete engine swap and just getting an GS. There are alot of younger or unexperienced mx-ers out there that might get in under their heads without the help and guidance of the old farts on this board.. We mean no disrespect when we question others, just looking to help.. Peace my brothers!!

Hey thanks for the reply, and yes I am new at this mx3 game. I do need some advice and Ashely I have recieved and read some of your replies, very helpful. But no one really answered my question. I need to know whatever is the easiest. A GS or a swap?

the easiest...buy a gs. but then you have to ask yourself...are you going to keep the k8 or are you going to want to drop in a kl or ze? if that's the case, it would be easier for you to swap in a b6t or bpt. i prefer the 4cyl turbo's myself, but i guess i'm a bit biased :D

That is true. <P>Basically if you are going to drop a different engine in both then I would think that the B6t in a RS is easier. It is hard to tell exactly what your future plans are. Is this a swap case for both the GS or RS or what?
