I have some very good deals on some engines and i need your guys help on which one would work and which would give me more power. <P>ford 2.3l 4 cly w/ 50k miles<P>89 ford 2.3 4 cly rebuilt within 3000 miles<P>89 ford probe and mazda mx6 4 cly 2.2l <P>79 ford 2.3 l 4 cly from 79 courier<P>please tell me what would be the better deal.

i personally don't know which one of those will work. i've "never" heard of anyone putting one of those motors in there because there ins't much of a gain. you have to look at mounting points. will the motor mounts fit in the same place? what about transmission? which one will you have to use? will it fit? the the fun part...wiring. what ecu? will the stock harness mate with the new motor or do you need a new harness? these are some things you'd need to find out. i suggest putting in a b6t or bpt because those are known to work.
Fast imports only come on two wheels.
