i can't imagine it being too hard... i don't have one but you probably just need to unscrew the stock airbox and bolt the prm intake right up to the black intake plumbing. its not going to be difficult, if all else fails, ask a car guy/girl neighbor to help.
dave

Does the PRM intake use a K&N air filter, or can you get one to fit? I -want- a K&N air filter, and I wanted a K&N intake system...BUT...they don't make one, and they won't make one. Are there any other intakes that fit the MX-3? ...Or...where can I find a good intake for my car? I have the 1994 1.6L I4.
Thanks pplz.

Okay -- here's the deal. I have the RS (I think) -- 1.6L 4cyl, DOHC. Will the GS PRM intake fit on my car?

well PRM makes one for escort GT and I think its the same one that fits on the I4 and no the v6 intake wouldn't fit in a I4 unless you move the coolant bottle. Why waste the time when you can jsut get one made for the I4 thanks guys for the replies. Pretty stoked about the intake!

I think I'm gonna scratch the PRM intake, and have one custom made, and use a K&N filter. Just gonna spend the $ and get it done custom. It might be awhile before it gets finished, but... :D
