can someone explain to me what exactly the technical service bullitin is? does it help the guys who work on our cars, or are they meant for the people who own the cars? --are they different than recalls? i am getting my idle fixed this week and saw something in there that could ???help me or not??? <P>thanx<BR>hgcmx3
