idle problems

I was driving today and when I stopped at a light my car just shut off. I restarted it and again it shut off. I restarted it a second time and (with the clutch in ) punched the gas and dropped it when the light turned green. since then my idle has been to low for my comfort. what can i do to adjust it? also i'm getting a jacobs electronics I.c.e pak. do you think it will help?<BR>thanks<BR>black 92 1.6L sohc

ive got a custom intake with a dragon filter, and a custom exhaust. ive got a ram air kit that im gonna put on as soon as i can get the hole in the frame, so that'll take care of the intake. if it is the intake what is causing it to do that?
