What conditions the headlights are in? Are they complete as in, do they have stock aiming brackets?

They are in pretty good shape, one is very clear, the other looks like it'd polish right up. I had to scam one of the aiming brackets for my car since the bottom part that has the screw that goes in under the blinker broke on mine. So no they both dont include the aiming. One is complete though.
