Spent close to ten g's in parts fixing this car time to let it go

Modifications and Work done:

  • KSport Kontrol Pro II Variable height and suspension coilovers (2 years old) - $650

    Engine has 180,000 miles on it -{K8, Comes w/ Clutch} ($350)
    Clutch - Installed at 161,000 mileage

    Transaxle- 130,000 miles 20,000 With this Motor ($250)

Looks like a good project car for someone, too bad you let it go this far.
What's wrong with chassis?

Notice the photos of the lft frt and right rear. On top of the car already being in... not the best of shape. one would be lucky if there's no frame damage in the rear and you would need a ton of filler or a backpanel, quarter, and gate. The front looks fairly minor but probably needs a bumper, headlight, and fender. That's a lot of collision work for a car that around here in perfect condition would go for $3000.

*Edit* I noticed he said it also needed a hood and a closer look at the rear picture it looks like there's probably a pretty good kink in the frame rail. If the car had sentimental value or a perfectly running engine it might be worth bringing it to a frame shop and having them straighten the frame to spec (frt sway, kinked rear end, and probably gusset the rear frame rail cause it's probably gonna rip). Good thing about these cars is they're so old they don't have much if any hss so the frame is a bit more forgiving and pliable. After the frame shops had they're way everything else could be done at home but I still say that though I've fixed worse it's never been on this old of a car.

What happened? Did somone hit you from the rear and you slid into someone else? I don't know if you'll get much interest in the K8 stuff but if the seats clean up alright someone might like those.
