1st gen Autozam AZ3 Interior

Post by Sam Baker »

Hey dudes! I'm back from the dead and now living in New Zealand. I ended up buying an Autozam AZ3 over here and noticed how different the dashboard was. This may be old news on the forum, but I'd never seen this style before so I figured I'd post some photos.

yes its a very nice interior. It also gives a bit more interior room than the 92-93 dash a few inches or so but when when you have friends in the back you REALLY notice. GREAT purchase and welcome back :D

Yep! Looks like it came stock this way, which is why I was so surprised to see it. Wonder why we didn't get it like this in the US!

I don't think so, but I'll check on that. I had no idea that existed, but I guess everything could be different on this car :freak:

Well the sound system was an Autozam thing. so it is more likely to have it than to not. But either way looks like an aftermarket deck so it could have had a duel dinn at some point.

Thanks for sharing.
I really like the idea of a center speaker.
Just another Mx3 freak :)

Very cool. Thanks for sharing! It doesn't appear to be a fully loaded AZ-3... no power folding mirrors, 180kph with a lower redline...

But it does have the "auto" climate control option which I've always thought was pretty awesome. This dash would never work for me, not enough room for all the switches I require haha :D

Haha yea. So the AZ3 was 4cyl, and the Eunos Presso was the V6? Or did they sell V6 AZ3s? Maybe those had the higher-end stuff? There's another one down the street for sale and I'm tempted to check it out :freak:
