yikes, but to be fair almost everything I wait for from Australia to the states takes months. So im sure its just common for things to take long between the US and AUS

Nope.....posted in the USA on 11th October and received here in NZ on 24th October. Only a small light parcel.
Something else went wrong here.... my guess is making up the different style of dead pedal (for the RHD version) was the problem. No matter, never mind they followed up for me and delivered a good product. That's all that really matters in all of this.
