The MAF/ IAT sensor codes could have been set and stored simply because you turned the car on or tried to start it with out the MAF hooked up at one point... It can also set because the idle drops really low and almost stalls out but stays running..
O2 codes depending on what they are can be set because you are running lean, or possibly rich... Might even be a false rich due to cam timing out, or a slight missfire problem...

My timing is good but i cleared the codes and drive around. Now my ce light is on again so im going to scan it again and see what codes are there.
