ford escort zx2 progressive sway bar

Does anyone know if the zx2 rear sway bar is the same as mx3? I looks the same when i took a look underneath the car but the links look completely different. I was thinking some heim joints and some hardware I'll just make some sway links for the bar.

That is the difference the way the endlinks hook up.
