Woah, I've never seen this before!

Are these still on the market, by any chance? If so, does anybody know if they made an American(MPH) variant?

OMG, Mx-3 gauges are gone?!

Sad, they used to, they have several combinations of GS and RS gauges, in MPH and KM/H
