4cyl radiator in a v6

I have a 92 v6 5spd and I had a surprise the other day and looked under my car to discover the radiator was leaking. I can't find any 6cyl in the junkyard but I found one that looked new in a 4cyl. When I looked at it it seemed like it would fit and most things lined up but I might have to drill a hole in the top left for the radiator hose to attach, anyone else try this. It would be much cheaper than buying a brand new radiator but if it wouldn't work or isn't up to cooling the engine then never mind.

I doubt you can do it without it leaking. Just spend the money and do it right the first time.
