Escort ZX2 S/R struts

Post by dang10010 »

I found this information on wiki's escort page:
The optional (Escort ZX2) S/R package adds stiffer suspension parts (Eibach springs (M-5560-Z2), Tokico struts (M-18000-Z2) and Energy Suspension brand polyurethane suspension bushings...
This would lower the car a bit and stiffen it up, I wonder how it would drive.

If you search around you will find that there's bunch of guys that have done that swap and liked it.

I have that setup. It's not back-wrenching by any means but it's definitely stiffer than stock. it drops it a bit too. I scrape on a lot of things :(

Glad I went with the factory setup, guess I better get another mx3 just for going fast around corners on the weekend.
