I LOVE those two white 3's... Very clean... and I even like the neon lime color on the rims.
But what's this: "You need to buy some clear housings from ebay for your retrofit"???????

Are those just purple/UV lights in the projector side of the headlights?

You can't compare shitty designed Mazda headlights to projectors, unless you have purple HIDs which sucks for visibility.

So clear "headlight lenses" would have been what I was after as a positive answer to my question.
Not to be called lazy (which is such a negative reaction)
I research the hell out of all my inquiries here AND work hard on ALL my 3's.... :welder:
So I'm far from lazy. :x
Thank you very *&^%$#@ much

For the record I didn't know what he was talking about either. It's getting awfully easy to call people names on this forum if you're having a bad day.

I am really sorry guys/girls! I don't know what it was going through my mind at that time. I don't like calling people names, but I have been an a-- lately. I think the stress of 2 jobs, a car payment, a project car, saving money for a house, holidays, family, parting out the MX-3, etc... it's catching up to me... I think it's MX-3 with drawl too! LOL! Once again I'm really sorry, could you forgive me? :love2:

BTW - these lenses are $H!T. I purchased a set for my retro fit. they are extremely thin and brittle, they are not as he describes at all. They are not even close to a direct replacement lens. Mine had bubbles and you could even see the fluting from the OE lens that he used for his mold. I tried to send them back as soon as I got them but he has a no return policy. They are not impact resistant either, I dropped one on the ground because they were in the garage on a shelf as I spent good money on them and not willing to toss them or to use them because of their quality, but it fell onto the concrete floor from about 4' and the end of it shattered. One rock and they would be toast. IMO you are better off finding a set of GTS covers and going from there.

I always stick with Mazda parts for my cars unless made by one of our members here.
