With 42.000 USD (70000 Reais) u can survive in Sao Paulo BUT, u won`t have a life full of luxories, will be a commom life, with commom cars, nothing expensive at all.....
With 42000 REAIS will be a poor life..... the life style in Sao Paulo, is very expensive.... very stressfull`.

Instead of comingo to SAO PAULO, I recommend to stay in USA an move to San Diego - CA....

I lived in San Diego for 2 Months, and I really loved that city....
