FS: ZX-2 strut conversion - spring seat/bearing
I have a pair of front upper spring seats for sale. They were modified to work with ZX-2 Tokico struts. This includes bearings to make conversion fast and easy. All you need to do is switch these with your stock mx-3 ones, get tokico struts and you ready to go. They have been used for a short period of time and I took them off in favor of a different suspension setup.
Only asking $40 for them.

Re: FS: ZX-2 strut conversion - spring seat/bearing
sorry bro, I've had so many troubles with my car, didn't even think about posting until this week.
These are for the front only, you CAN reuse your stock spring seats for the back struts. These modifications only needed for the front.
I'll try to get pics and post them here.

These bearings are metal, compared to mx-3 ones that are made out of plastic.

Re: FS: ZX-2 strut conversion - spring seat/bearing
so this will allow the illuminas to be put in place of the front struts, but what about getting the illuminas for the rear.. .the zx-2 will work fine in the rear..
or if thats confusing .... what Tokico Illumina struts can i use for all the way around the car

Re: FS: ZX-2 strut conversion - spring seat/bearing
these will work with ford zx-2 struts, that you can get. You don't need to modify anything for the back.
You can try searching for illuminas for zx-2, they will work fine, but I don't think there are any available.
Also don't think anyone makes illuminas for mx-3.
