Hey guys
I think these sidemirrors are a bit cooler than the stock ones.

But how hard are they to install for a newbie like me? I am not experienced in making alterations to my car, but of cause, I've got two hands so I am not helpless.
Actually I like these better.

But they aren't electrical so I can't operate them from inside, but how do one do that anyway.
Do you know where I can find pictures of Mx3's with these sidemirrors?

Re: M3 sidemirrors installation, is it hard?
Oddly enough, I just finished installing a set on my mx3...as far as installation goes, they're only a slight PITA...you'll have to get longer bolts than the stock ones, and running the wires through the fender door, and into the fender to splice into the turn signal/parking lights can be a bit tedious, but it's not too hard...if you get the power mirrors, just clip the harness off of your stock one, and wire it to your new mirror. that way you can just plug it directly into the socket on the door...good luck....oh, and I'll try to post pix of my car with those mirrors on it later.

longer screws with decent cup washers
to stop any shaking around at speed.
you also need some gap filler like the thick
foam insulation used on doors etc for the back
of the mirror baseplate.
check my worklog my friend for my pics of them installed.
