Yes there are 3 variations:

Euro White lettering with dials, Euro Black Lettering with dials, and US Spec with no dials

The strutbar is not sold anymore due to length issues.

Shipping on the strutbar will be around 77 euro. Length is 126cm which causes that TNT won't accept the package.

I don't have an MS front bumper but my initial thought is yes the fog lights should work with the MS if you have the euro bumper support. Unless someone can confirm that the MS has a specific under bumper support different from the euro one.
