FITTING Nismo R33 bumper to Eunos 30x - By 'Mr Custom'

I'm wondering if the gap could just be left as-is....

Did you use regular filler or the proper filler for your bumper?

I was thinnking that, cos when its properly fitted, the gap closes up a fair bit... i'll take some pics when its properly fitted...

i used body filler, which took to the plastic amazingly.!

I wouldn't use plastic filler for that, there are better products out there.

Ya, I'm affraid that it would crack off after a while

we'll see.... it's only filling in little pock marks where i plastic welded it... so shouldn't be too much of a hassle...

not bad thus far, few fittment issues but you're taking care of that. How are you handling the gab between the hood and bumper?

I think I'll leave it... its tiny when properly fitted... we'll see

might be able to fab something up that just slightly comes up at each side of the bumper? i think that would make it look a little more like its meant to be there...
I might try photoshop in what I'm talking bout... dont judge my photoshopping skills (or lack of) though!!!


I was thinkin something like this? i'm not sure bout the middle bit, but think that a little bit of a frame to the sides would make it look much better... could be hard to make... but then again, surely it cant be harder than fitting a nismo kit to a 30x, eh??
