Do the door guards have holes if removed???
Any one know if the plastic door guards on the side are glued on or held on with pins (i.e has holes in the door) cause i want to take mine off but dont want to be left with holes

I've thought about removing mine too, because I think they look ugly. The point is though, it doesn't really matter if there's holes or what, because it's going to look like crap when you take them off. They've been on there for the life of the car, and regardless of whether you have original paint or a fresh paint job, the color is going to be different under those guards. It's going to look like they're still on there, and you'll have to paint anyways.

The strips that are molded into the body right around the doors in the rear quarter sections.

Glue. Pretty hard to get off the paint.

Some goo-gone and some fishing line maybe?

Well I'm planing on having it painted now so holes or no holes wont make much of a difference
