aftermarket shifter boots?
Anyone know where you can buy aftermarket shifter boots that fit the MX-3?
Thanks!
Thanks!
Re: aftermarket shifter boots?
Use an old Army sock, then if your feet get cold you'll have one warm foot.
I thought of just getting one made using the stock boot as a template.

I know you believe that you understand what you think I said but I'm sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

I was also going to suggest Redline. Getting some boots myself from there.

Those boots are pretty nice. Not that big of a selection, but pretty nice nonetheless.

I'd say 34 different colors and materials is a pretty good selection...

Re: aftermarket shifter boots?
Yeah there is a lot to choose from.
The thing that makes me most happy about it is the OEM fit!
Though again where did you guys get your e-brake handles from?

Re: aftermarket shifter boots?
Check out Onlytrueromeo's worklog. Not his rebuild one, the one before that. He has the Redline boots, and an aftermarket brake handle. Message him about which one it is. It's the one for you.Dark_Rider2k3 wrote:Yeah there is a lot to choose from.

Do the redline products work with a shortshifter? say Corksports?

Re: aftermarket shifter boots?
Yes. You pay like $5 more, and tell them how much shorter you want the boot to be.RedAutobotMX3 wrote:Do the redline products work with a shortshifter? say Corksports?
