FS: New HVAC indiglo panel kit

I bought two sets of these HVAC's in the groupbuy back this past December, one for me, and one for a local friend of mine who owns a Protege. Well my friend decided he didn't want to pay for his panel, so it is just sitting here still in its bubble wrap package, unopened.

I'm looking to recover what I paid for it so any reasonable offers will be accepted. Comes with the inverter, panel and instructions on installing it with some wiring connector things.
