Hi all, just thought I would share what I've been doing!
Will transfer more pics over once the turboing really starts taking shape.
Thanks
Sam

Re: UK Sam's 1.6 Turbo MX-3 project
plans are to get it down low on some coilovers
fit the turbo and get it mapped for about 170bhp
find and fit some full lenght side skirts (civic type R maybe)
may go for red stripe on the alloys
some reclining bucket seats
import size number plates front & back
slightly larger bore exhaust

Sitting pretty
Sounds like a good mod list, I commend thee. I always thought the CTR skirts could look well if you chopped them nicely. I nearly did until I found the OEM full length beasts.

hello all,
seeing as i work as a metal spinner, thought it be rude not to make some
centre caps out of stainless for my rims
getting married in under two weeks time!! after that all my spare money is going on a set of coilovers

Congratulations!
What does a metal spinner do. Whatever it is, it sounds fun.

Re: UK Sam's 1.6 Turbo MX-3 project
Thanks!
metal spinning is the process of forming discs (blanks) of metal as they spin round on a lathe.
but i do spinning, machining, tool making and polishing there too
I work here : http://www.metspin.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; check out the youtube vid sections
It can be fun and challenging, also dirty & dangerous
