Where can I find a Mazdaspeed Front bumper?

Anyone know where I can find a Mazda speed front bumper ( like the one on the red mx3 at the top of the site)?
Im in Oshawa, Ontario and I kinda want to find a place near by so I don't end up paying more in shipping then the bumpers worth

Haha just checked it out and with the shipping it would be $948 just for the front bumper!
