keep in mind the catalytic converter you picked out has a 2" diameter while the cat back is 2.25". youd probably want to go the same diameter all the way threw to prevent bottlenecks. i got a 2.25" magnaflow catalytic converter similar to the one you picked out for $70 shipped on ebay.

as for brakes id probably want to go with a name brand set but thats just me.

for struts i would suggest getting these http://www.summitracing.com/parts/FMS-M-18000-Z2/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; the kyb gr-2s are a stock replacement so they wont give you any gain in ride quality. these are cheaper/stiffer/better quality and can be made to fit fairly easily. theres a guide in the suspension forum if you want to check it out.

hold off on the water pump until you have the motor as i think there are 2 or 3 different models and you might get stuck with the wrong one. also take the coolant sensor from your old motor and save another $50, or grab a used one from someone on the forum for cheap. with the money you save from the struts and the coolant sensor you could grab yourself a nice set of headers from ebay.

and whatever you do do not pay $160 for a god dam stock gs spoiler off of ebay. there is probably 20 people on the forum that have one of those sitting in there garage that will sell it to you for next to nothing. hell if my car was insured id drive to the wreckers and grab you one myself just so you didnt have to pay that. or even better try and find a wrap around or raised rs spoiler. buy the oil/fuel filters and everything else like that locally as its probably just as cheap, and you dont have to deal with shipping if they give you the wrong model by accident.

for the headlights you can get regular projector ones for $150 then you can buy hid kits for another $50 and save yourself $70 there.

other then that it looks like you got everything under control. good luck with the build.

p.s. are you planning on recycling your old clutch?

Lots of comments I could make, but the best thing is to do more research through this site - you can find better deals on some of the things you have listed or get better products for the same or slightly higher price.

For example -

-You use summit racing for everything it seems - but if you're looking for stock replacement items I would cross check rockauto and your local napa to see which ones will really be cheaper. If you buy from rockauto try to get everything shipped from 1 location and order everything at once, I've saved a ton of money this way.

-Get EBC / hawk brake pads not an unknown summit racing name.

-ZX2 struts are cheaper than GR2's, esp. if you buy all 4.

-Be careful with the pacesetter exhaust, I've heard of them rusting out pretty quickly. I just sourced my own parts and brought them to a shop and had them mounted up. Probably cost about the same but I got to pick my resonator, muffler, etc. Also you can get that same cat converter on ebay. Again, summit does not have the best prices...

- Springs compressors are free at local auto parts stores (just go to bring them back after you leave a deposit). Secondly thats the WRONG type of spring compressor, you need one that goes on the outside (2 part)

-Don't buy a KLZE online if you don't have to - drive (even if its 2-3hrs away) to a place to see one and pick it up yourself so you can verify its in good condition, has the correct head stamps on it, and it's fubar. Hell, some of the places will even let you pull the valve covers right there if they know their product.

-K&N filters aren't worth it - get a corvette filter, I use the purolator pure one brand. (do a search for corvette filter)

-Get the cheap NGK V-Power spark plugs, bosch suckls in our cars.

-Do more research on this site x 1000

Thanks for pointing me in the right directions guys.

The KLZE I plan on driving down to LA to go pickup and look at before I buy it. Gotta make sure its the one I need. As far as the clutch goes Im split, I just put in a new tranny in that car back in 07-08 so I think I am going to put the clutch in the new tranny seeing as how its almost brand spanking new.

Thanks for the heads up with the water pump mikeinaus. I'll hold off on that till i get the engine. I gotta replace the radiator and the sensor in the car both are shot to hell n' back.

As far as the Exhaust goes I am planning on taking it to a buddy to do the work I really just have those in there as a place holder. Sorry about the confusion with the spring compressor I forgot to remove that when I posted, its for a friend since hes letting me use his shop and he needs that for his car. :-P

So, corvette oil filter (good call), ZX2 struts, cheapo sparks.

Romeo, I'll cross check rockauto for all the parts I am buying once the list is done old habit of mine seeing as how I hate their website controls but good call none the less. ;)

Anyone got stuff to point me off in the right direction still love the input! Thanks guys!

PS~ Gonna hit the WTB list later when I have cash in hands for the spoiler. Just a place holder atm. ^_^
