yeah there the same. but you wont need a high flow unless your going turbo. if your not the extra pressure could cause problems with your fuel lines

When I ordered mine, they didnt' list one for an Mx-3, so i ordered one for the mx6 and used it for several years. The high-pressure one is suppose to cause problems with the stock fuel pressure regulator, not the fuel lines...

Ironically, mine was ordered as the LP version but mx3autozam checked the part number on it when I was selling it and I believe it ended up being the HP, and I never had issues with my FPR
