I want this car so badly it causes me physical pain. If I could win that auction I could fly down there and drive it home in 2 days...maybe 3, for about $400.

But I have no place for it and not enough money to justify it. It tears at my soul because I know there are not many of these out there.

No better shape than the 95 I sold last fall that NO ONE here was interested in. Passed safety and Etest with nothing required. Guy who bought it lowered it 1.5" and has been driving it happily ever since. Price,,,$1450.00
Oh and now that it's summer and hot out he says the A/C is working great!!!!

Sorry Dan. If you were selling a Raspberry SE with 125k on it I would absolutely have found $1500 for it. I would much rather travel within Canada than go to LAX.

Well the seller replied. I asked him if there was anything at all that the car needed and he replied that he travelled to Chicago last month to buy the car and drove it back to LA and it's great.

But I have to ask myself, why would a guy fly to Chicago, drive a couple thousand miles home and sell it a month later with no reserve?

Why would a person do that?
