[FS] Adjustable Cam Pulleys for K series/V6 engines

Post by marcdh »

Hey Guys, I am finally clearing out stock from excess of the Group Buy nearly a year ago. This mean I can finally afford to give mx-3.com the % donation from the group buy which I've been feeling guilty about!

Just for assurance these have been serving my KLZE well for over 8000 miles now. People always notice them at car shows too :)

I have had alot of PMs about these since the GB and now I will reply to those who showed interest and I hope to see these fly off my shelf so to speak.

Here's the pitch:
[GB] Adjustable Cam Pulleys for K series/V6 engines

Purpose Examples
-To correct timing after a head skim - regaining perfect timing & power
-To correct each banks timing after using different thickness head gaskets
-To reduce rotating mass, reducing strain and potentially net power gains
-To have a sexy engine bay

Remember one pulley per bank does not time exhaust/intake separately, this is for adjustment of the whole bank's timing.

Specifications
-Brand new set of 2 pulleys to replace those the timing belt attaches to
-Adjust timing advance and retard 10 degrees BUT remember this is both intake and exhaust cams
-Made with HE30/6082 grade alloy with hardened teeth
-High grade adjustment bolts/hardware
-Annodised centre part with quality annodising
-24 month warranty from CDF Racing

Costing
Approximate projected cost at USD 1.422 to GBP:
2 x Adjustable Cam Pulleys
High Quality Annodising
24 month warranty with CDF Racing
Flanges (belt retainers)
High grade adjustment bolts/hardware
Mx3.com Donation
£165GPB INCLUDING FEES AND SHIPPING

What's left in stock:

Hey, Marc. Sorry I bailed on the silver ones. I have some $$ again now, and will be selling off my extra stuff, so I'm back in, if you can accept a payment plan
I know, it's sad to have to be on a plan for less than $200, but I don't know if anyone else would want the silver ones.

i'm sorry to be asking such a noob question, but just to double check, the price of £165GPB includes shipping and mx-3.com fees, so it'll be a total of £165GPB and no more right??

Do you have any straight on views of the left pullies?
I've been looking at my left and comparing it to the stock one, and it looks like the mark is one tooth off, but its hard to be certain.

Hi short4stuff, I'll get some pics for you soon. Obviously I've had no timing issues, but in the event anything is wrong it is covered by CDF Racing. If the mark is off slightly, I would just score a new mark on, but you absolutely could send them off and have CDF sort them. From my experience of using them the marks are all just relative anyway so as long as you use the same mark, it's of little consequence as you dial them in.

I'll get a pic up too .. I dont want to high jack this thread though..

It's just going to be hard to tell if the timing is right when they are installed in the engine I think...
