Looks clean ,but i've never seen that spoiler or rear mudflaps on a stock 92 4 banger.

Huh. I'm surprised that guy sold his car to a dealer. Maybe he traded it in... He's an OldSkool member of this site. That spoiler is a rare option for the RS, and I think you could have gotten the mudflaps from the dealer, too. If not, he probably got them from someone on this site.

Well its really clean for a chicago car. It was either garage kept or driven from out of state.

It says 4 cyl 1.6 in the description... that raised spoiler was also an RS option, and there's no reason why RS's wouldn't come with rear mudflaps. Mine did.
