I need an intermediate shaft or some of you may call it a jack shaft, mid shaft, or half shaft.
I think only the one from the v6 mx3 will work but I'm not sure. If anyone knows the answer it would be really helpful. These things are hard to come by and if there are more options it would be nice.
The cv axle must be able to be removed from it or else it will be no good to me. That is what my problem is now...bad axle stuck to a good mid shaft. I already have a new axle to replace the bad one I just need another mid shaft.

what did you try to get it unstuck ?
did you stand on the midshaft, and hit the fat end of the cv shaft outward with a 10 lb sledge ?
it cant be stuck permanently, I dont want to see you spend the $ if its not necessary

Did you try an axle puller. You can rent them cheap. We're just suggesting these things as mid shafts are hard to find.

beat the crap out of it with a 5 lb mini sledge. Huge swings like I was trying to kill it...kinda wanted to too! I've also brought it to a couple auto and machine shops with no luck there either. No junk yards around here have any v6 mx3s. Mazda wants $256.

Hrm, I've had issues with them sticking, but not that bad, GL with finding a new one and yes you need a V6 version.
